Scrabble (TWL/SOWPODS): 100-tile bag with letter values 1–10. Multiply each tile by its letter multiplier, sum them, then multiply by all word multipliers stacked on the play.
Words With Friends: 104-tile bag and slightly different letter values — H and Y are 3 instead of 4, J is 10, X is 8.
Boggle: length-based scoring: 3 letters = 1, 4 = 1, 5 = 2, 6 = 3, 7 = 5, 8+ = 11. Q counts as "Qu".
Blank tile: worth 0 points but still occupies a square and can stand for any letter.
Bingo bonus: in Scrabble & WWF, using all 7 of your rack tiles in one turn adds an extra 50 points (35 in WWF — but the standard 50 is shown here; uncheck for partial rack).
