Lay out Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats; weight each item; reorder by drag; and auto-derive the four TOWS strategy quadrants (SO grow, WO improve, ST defend, WT survive). Saves to your browser, exports Markdown / JSON / PNG.
Each cell pairs the items from two SWOT quadrants and tells you which strategic move that pair calls for. Top items by weight surface first.

SWOT (Stanford Research Institute, 1960s) is the standard frame for situational analysis: internal Strengths and Weaknesses vs. external Opportunities and Threats. The TOWS matrix (Heinz Weihrich, 1982) extends SWOT into action by pairing the quadrants — SO strategies leverage strengths to capture opportunities, WO strategies fix weaknesses to capture them, ST strategies use strengths to mitigate threats, and WT strategies minimize both. The weight slider (1–5) on each item lets you focus the TOWS suggestions on what matters most.
